Selection Criteria

 

Eligibility:

• Any graduating senior enrolled in Plano ISD who attended Stinson Elementary School

• Student enrolling full time at an accredited college, university, or vocational program for the upcoming academic year

Selection Based On:

• Financial Need

• Academics

• Good character

• Volunteerism

• Extra-curricular activities

Application Requirements:

• Completed application (3 pages) APPLICATION

• One-page paper stating goals and reasons you desire to further your education as well as your reason for wanting this scholarship

• Official transcript

• Personal history/resume (extracurricular activities, awards, etc.)

• 1 Letter of personal recommendation (By a non-family member)

FOR SPRING 2024: ONLY DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. EMAIL ALL DOCUMENTS TO scholarship@stinsonpta.org. 

PLEASE LABEL ALL ATTACHMENTS WITH YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME.  PDFs are preferred. 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, April 12, 2024

The scholarship recipient will be notified and announced during the month of May.
